Shipping Policy

This policy applies to picks marked as sold by homeio (cash on delivery, sourced from Meesho). Picks that link out to Amazon or another retailer ship and deliver under that retailer's own terms.

Delivery estimate

Orders are estimated to arrive within 5–10 working days of the order being placed. This is an estimate: the item ships from our supplier via courier, and timelines can shift with courier delays or supplier stock.

If we can't fulfil your order

If an item becomes unavailable, or its cost to us changes materially before we dispatch it, we may cancel your order and refund it in full rather than deliver something different from what you ordered.

Tracking

Once your order ships, we'll share tracking details for the courier handling it where available.
